App terms

The experience
Aafya Care offers emotional reflection, journaling, breathing, sound, and optional self-care suggestions for personal use. Suggestions are educational and reflective; they do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or promise a particular outcome. Aafya Care is not an emergency response service.
Your choices
You choose which tools to use. Stop a breathing or sound session if it feels uncomfortable. Use frequency listening at a comfortable volume, and do not use immersive sessions while driving. Optional product purchases are not required to use the app’s reflection and journaling tools.
Your account and writing
Use your own signed-in account and keep your journal code private. You retain ownership of your writing. Do not share another person’s private information without permission or attempt to access anyone else’s records. You can export or delete your app records from Account & privacy.
Access and availability
Aafya Care is a browser-based app. Sign in with your email and a one-time code. Free access includes the emotional check-in, guided questions, personal assessment, and basic results. Premium access to the Healing Toolkit, private journal, Emotional Patterns, and guided practices is available with an active membership. Eligible accounts may also receive one one-time 24-hour Premium preview. The preview begins when activated, expires automatically after 24 hours, requires no payment details, and does not automatically charge. Once the offer is shown, it cannot be shown again on that account; an activated preview cannot be restarted. Account, export, deletion, and billing controls remain available after membership ends. Features may evolve, and maintenance or connection issues may temporarily affect access. Keep an export of records you want to retain.
Membership and renewal
Membership prices are $8.99 USD monthly and $88 USD annually. The Founding Members Introduction Offer is $49 USD for the first year for the first 17 completed paid founding purchases, followed by 50% off the then-current regular annual price for the lifetime of that membership offering. Monthly pricing remains regular. Membership renews automatically each month or year, according to your plan. Prices, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. At the current $88 USD annual price, founding annual renewal is $44 USD. Founding status remains after a break; contact support to return or switch plans. Existing founding accounts cannot buy another introductory founding place.
Cancellation and billing questions
Manage invoices, payment methods, and cancellation from Account. Cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period, with access continuing until then. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current paid period. Contact member support for billing errors or refund requests. Your applicable statutory rights are unaffected. Deleting app records does not cancel membership.
